As Chief of Staff, you are a lifelong learner with a bias for action. You will act as a critical bridge between the leader and their organization, ensuring clear communication, strategic oversight, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Establish and maintain an operating cadence, ensuring strategic priorities and goals are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
- Vision to Action: Translate the CEO's vision into actionable strategies, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights and operational foresight.
- Operational Excellence: Autonomously solve complex challenges, implement solutions, and facilitate timely decision-making to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, Athena Executive Partners, and external stakeholders to enhance responsiveness and cross-functional alignment.
- High-Impact Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of high-priority projects, including early-stage ideas that drive future growth.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree with 5-15+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios for executive audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing relationships across internal teams and external partners.

**Preferred**:

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Experience reporting directly to C-suite executives or in client-facing leadership roles.
- Background in consulting, technology, or other fast-paced industries.

**Location and Time Zones**:

- All Chief of Staff positions are remote.
- Ability to work North American hours year-round.
