Contract Opportunities

A skilled Contract Analyst is required to join our global team.

You will work closely with stakeholders to review, analyze and manage contracts with clients and vendors/suppliers. This role involves coordinating the review of client and vendor/supplier contracts to ensure compliance with legal regulations and policies.

  • Document and track agreed terms and obligations
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Business Services teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met
  • Conduct due diligence on new vendors/suppliers in line with Procurement Policy and Modern Slavery Act 2018
  • Maintain and manage the client and vendor contract database
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters
  • Assist with audits, policy updates and compliance reporting

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a legal, financial or professional services environment
  • Proven experience in contract analysis or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
