As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of our team in Brisbane, helping us launch our office and grow the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of billing to join our high-growth office and take their career to the next level.

Salary: $75-85k + Super

Location: Brisbane

About the Role

You will be responsible for full 360 recruitment, business development, and client management. This includes:

  • Full 360 recruitment for your own desk
  • Business Development and client management – Dealing with your portfolio of clients across your industry to better understand their business/hiring needs to create business opportunities.
  • Taking part in daily job catch ups to contribute to team goals.
  • Arranging and attending client meetings, both new and existing relationships including regular contact and follow-up opportunities.
  • Attending training sessions, BD/industry meetings to share intel, one-to-one's and reviews.
  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining professional working relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 24 months recruitment experience and a proven billing track record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be willing to contribute ideas to your peers and business leaders.
  • A service-first mindset and a desire to be part of a success story.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent resident preferred. 482 visa transfer is an option.
