FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Specialist to drive digital transformation and innovation across our organization. This exciting role offers the chance to leverage Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with various business units to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 technology solutions. They will work closely with the Digital Workplace team, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with strategic priorities while maximizing efficiency, automation, and user satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Best-Practice Solutions: Utilize Microsoft 365, focusing on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Gather Business Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs and provide expert guidance on solutions.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Capture Requirements and Develop Solutions: Capture requirements as user stories, document solutions, and develop proof of concepts as needed.
  • Implement New Processes and Features: Implement new processes, features, and tools, document improvements, and measure impact.
  • Produce Supporting Documentation: Produce supporting documentation for Dynamics and Power Platform-based solutions.
  • Maintain Current Skillset: Maintain a current skillset in Dynamics and Power Platform, with an emphasis on no-code and out-of-the-box (OOTB) configurations.
Risk Management and Business Engagement:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology or Relevant Qualification
  • 2+ Years of Experience in IT Roles Focused on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Strong Understanding of Agile Methodologies and Project Governance Frameworks
  • Ability to Analyze IT Requirements and Design, Deploy, Test, Implement, and Support IT Systems
