We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Strategic Recruitment Professional to join our Brisbane CBD team.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organisation, which includes travelling onsite to our villages on an ad-hoc basis.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a multitasking environment, be highly resilient, and adapt quickly. They will have experience recruiting for hospitality roles and managing bulk recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including professional networks, industry events, social media, and employee referrals
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders

About the Role:

The Strategic Recruitment Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. They will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly resilient, and able to multitask.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
