Job Description:

A Full-time Recruitment Consultant position is available at 11 Recruitment. The successful candidate will work in a professional team environment based in Mt Isa QLD.

The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational goals. This includes providing consultative advice and recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements, managing client expectations, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

The Recruitment Consultant will utilise various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles, and build and maintain a talent pool of candidates for future opportunities.

Recruitment Process Management:

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement, coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, and provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research and Networking:

The successful candidate will stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks.

Administrative Duties:

The Recruitment Consultant will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database, prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications,
  • Minimum 2 years' experience;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
