Job Description

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing complex systems and solutions within corporate and operational technology environments.

They ensure the seamless integration and ongoing support of these systems, addressing any technical challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing complex ICT and OT solutions.
  • Providing Level 3 technical support for network, virtualization, compute, and storage systems.
  • Participating in Data Centre ICT commissioning and DevOps automation activities.
  • Maintaining system reliability and optimising infrastructure performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role would be suitable for a candidate who has proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing virtualised infrastructure and systems.

They should also have working experience in enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Desirable Skills

Previous working experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 is highly desirable.

Familiarity with ICT monitoring tools and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is essential.

Additional Requirements

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance is required.
