Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the return to work and health of clients with diverse injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial and vocational evaluations, to identify barriers to Return to Work and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide solutions and recommendations for clients.
  • Provide expert counselling and support to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers through exceptional service and business development.
  • Produce high-quality reports and case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health or Counselling.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies is mandatory.
  • A passion for health and wellbeing, injury prevention, and assisting people recover or return to work.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
