We are seeking a dedicated and skilled rehabilitation consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in collaborating with treatment providers to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes for clients.

About You
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration is mandatory for this position. In addition, you should hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • As a passionate advocate for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans, you will be expected to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The Role
  • You will work closely with treatment providers, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals, to understand client needs and develop effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing is an essential aspect of this role.
  • You will attend various workplaces on a weekly basis to assess physical demands and responsibilities, supporting safe and timely return-to-work solutions.
  • Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries is also a critical component of this position.
