Job Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position commencing soon. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic education professional to join our dynamic school environment with a diverse student population.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to ongoing professional growth. They will have experience supporting students with challenging behaviours, particularly familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the 1-2-3 Magic and Emotional Coaching programs used across the school.

  • Experience working with individuals or small groups to implement education plans, assess progress, and communicate outcomes to the classroom teacher.
  • An understanding of a range of disabilities, including autism and severe mental health conditions, would be beneficial.
  • Ideally be confident working independently to assist with classroom routines, prepare resources, and support student learning.
  • The ability to assist with toileting and work with toileting plans in partnership with staff and families would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents/carers, admin staff, and external agencies are also desirable.
