Aged Care Support Professional

We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Aged Care Team in various locations. Our team delivers exceptional care and support to clients, enhancing participation in their own care and promoting independence where possible.
The role involves a range of personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc. and other support including medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting etc.
- Provide medication management, meal planning, and domestic assistance/general housekeeping services.
- Support clients in the community, promoting social interaction and engagement.
Care workers will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home. Therefore, having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to manage a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app will be essential.
Skills Required:
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support is essential.
