Project Manager Role

The role of Project Manager is a vital position within our organization, requiring a skilled professional to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, developing project plans, and managing project resources. This includes ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will have a key role in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with external partners, suppliers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and risk management;
  • Coordinating and managing project meetings, including progress updates and issue escalation;
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Proficient in MS Project or other project management software;
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Construction Induction White Card.
