Project Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee the construction and upgrade of major pump stations. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on technically complex urban projects, including new river intakes, balance tanks, surge vessels, and mechanical and electrical systems.

The role involves managing project finances, ensuring compliance with QA requirements, developing ITPs/ITCs, and promoting a strong safety culture. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-effective construction methodologies, tracking project costs vs. budget, and highlighting margin impacts.

In this position, you will have continuous project exposure, facilitating the further development of technical and project management skills. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in tender bids and submissions.

You will work closely with a skilled and efficient team, using Microsoft Office software and other relevant computer applications. Effective liaison with clients, subcontractors, and teams is essential to resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 4 years of experience in Project Engineering within the Construction Industry. Experience in Civil, Utilities, and Water Infrastructure projects is highly desirable. A pre-employment medical and D&A assessment is also required.
