We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished professional with proven leadership knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a resort environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including body corporate.
  • Make sound business decisions to ensure efficient hotel operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to train, coach and develop employees.
