At a resort in Tasmania, we offer accommodation to suit every style and occasion. We connect visitors with over 50 unique destinations to create unforgettable holiday experiences. This live-in role involves working in a small team at two properties, Pumphouse Point and Derwent Bridge Hotel. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the grounds and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team and participate in daily grounds and maintenance tasks
  • Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, grounds, amenities, and other facilities
  • Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a hospitality maintenance role or a related field
  • Well-developed interpersonal and people management skills, including the ability to interact with and influence people at all levels
  • Strong leadership and management skills combined with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in repairing and maintaining buildings, plant, and equipment
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
