As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will take an active leadership role in overseeing the seamless delivery of all food and beverage operations, emphasizing exceptional guest experiences.

This dynamic opportunity requires a passionate, service-focused professional to lead and motivate our team, upholding the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver unforgettable, world-class dining moments, manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, and develop departmental budget and business plan to maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities include running daily operations, working with the Executive Chef, maintaining a strong presence on the floor, leading the food & beverage team, managing recruitment, rostering, and performance management, and developing a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a luxury lodge environment or similar
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge, with a passion for guest engagement
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • A commitment to staff development and a positive team culture
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • A proactive attitude and dedication to continuous improvement
