Lead growth in customers, deposits and Bank of Choice through the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition.

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the evolution of Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program.

  • Support the planning, testing, design and execution of the loyalty proposition to reward and recognise priority customer segments
  • Manage and engage key stakeholders to align and deliver on success

Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility

Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas and innovation, customer strategy and execution
  • Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills
  • Agile Ways of Working expertise
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with a high degree of business acumen
