Responsibilities- Support the delivery of a high-impact loyalty program that drives business outcomes.
- Develop and execute on the strategic roadmap for personal banking loyalty offers and rewards programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align and deliver on key success metrics.
- Design and implement pricing, commercial modeling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards.
- Ensure the program meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility.
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment on shared goals.
