In this exciting next stage of our journey, we are looking to partner with external vendors to implement the Pega software and embed it into our ways of working. Your experience in understanding business KPIs and reporting capabilities is crucial in setting up a framework to track and report on performance and adoption.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain NBA benefit tracking frameworks/dashboards to measure effectiveness and ROI of decisioning initiatives.
  • Develop models/frameworks to assess the value impact of proposed program initiatives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to delivery teams to influence Martech and Decisioning platform development and enhancement based on business needs and ROI potential.
  • Regularly report on value realisation achievements, forecasts, challenges, and opportunities to key governance forums, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on value realisation goals and strategies and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and propose optimisation strategies.

You will be working closely with diverse teams of analysts, business users, and IT teams to drive success. If you have experience in designing and implementing reports to monitor large-scale NBA programs, knowledge of data transforms, dataflows, datasets, adaptive models, and reporting suites, and a passion for using data and analytics to deliver solutions, then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, and we estimate the salary to be around $120,000-$150,000 depending on your experience. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in quantitative fields such as Maths, Statistics, Ops Research, or related fields.
