Job Title: Asset Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Asset Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the servicing, compliance, and operational readiness of plant and fleet assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance scheduling and breakdowns across the Genus plant fleet.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and local contractors to schedule support and repairs.
  • Oversee tyre stock management and coordinate with local tyre fitters.
  • Set up and induct subcontractor support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety processes and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Oversee compliance for classified plant, including quarterly and annual inspections.
  • Maintain and manage industrial winches.
  • Manage Vehicle Loading Cranes (VLCs).

Requirements:

  • Trade background preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of plant compliance and maintenance scheduling.
  • Experience with industrial winches and VLCs.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Safety-first mindset with proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
