Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will operate and monitor chemical production equipment, support separation and purification processes, maintain production efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor chemical production equipment, including pumps, valves, reactors, filters, and control systems, to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor and test process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain an organized production area and manage workflow.
  • Monitor and control the chemical process from start to finish.
  • Maintain and report accurate records of production and R&D data.
  • Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and spills.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional technical or vocational training in chemical processing, separation processes, or water treatment.
  • Proven experience as a Chemical Line Process Operator or similar role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to perform basic laboratory tests.
