Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrator to assist in the day-to-day operations of our organization.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week, with a salary dependent on experience. The successful candidate will report directly to the Board Chair and be responsible for managing tasks such as reviewing policies and procedures, setting up systems and databases, and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. They must also be able to effectively coordinate a team and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain accurate records of our music assets, including setup of relevant systems and databases.
  • Coordinate ticket sales, fundraising initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee website updates and develop engaging social media content.
  • Navigate partnerships with small non-profit organizations and volunteer Boards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with database management and website development.
