Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist. This role involves coordinating all inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, product integrity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment, receipting, stock adjustments, gains/losses, and breakages.
  • Roster labour efficiently to support operational productivity and service delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams, shifts, and customer contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and WHS policies.
  • Support stock counts, consumables, and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support stock takes to meet customer objectives.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, complying with WHS procedures and promoting injury-free practices.
