Job Summary

As a dedicated and results-driven Quality and Compliance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality initiatives and ensuring compliance across the organization. This exciting opportunity will see you working collaboratively with various departments to design, implement, and monitor systems that enhance quality and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, investigating complaints and emerging trends, and reviewing quality activities to ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate complaints and emerging trends, guiding responsive actions to maintain high-quality services
  • Review quality activities to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support the rollout of new systems and organizational-wide initiatives to drive quality and compliance
  • Contribute to committees and working groups, mentoring colleagues, and staying up-to-date on industry reforms to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centered services
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
  • Previous quality/auditing experience and a formal qualification (e.g., Diploma in Quality Auditing)
  • Previous experience in aged care
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data
  • Proficiency in computer systems and databases (intermediate to advanced)
  • Willingness to travel across sites as required
