Physiotherapy Care Specialist

We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapy Care Specialist to join our physiotherapy team on a permanent full-time basis.

A casual appointment may be available at our campus to cover upcoming leave. This role is designed to provide comprehensive care and support to consumers with pain management, falls prevention, rehabilitation, and physical mobility needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality care and support to consumers, utilising our wellness centre facilities, including hydrotherapy and state-of-the-art gym equipment, to support treatment and rehabilitation needs.
  • Utilise clinical capabilities and judgement to assess and treat consumers' needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered professional with AHPRA registration and ability to maintain high-quality professional documentation for care planning, assessment, and treatments.
  • Ability to meet auditing requirements and regularly evaluate treatment goals using accepted outcome measurement tools where possible.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and genuine interest in working in an aged care environment.
