Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

The successful Restaurant Manager candidate will be responsible for leading our team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. This role requires a proven track record of success in restaurant/hospitality management, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
  2. Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction
  3. Schedule, supervise, and manage staff performance, providing guidance and training as necessary
  4. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
  5. Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed as necessary
  6. Help plan, organize, and execute special events and promotions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment, with management experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
