**About the Role**

We are seeking a Restaurant Management Team Lead to join our busy and bustling Restaurants in Brisbane City/South/East Brisbane QLD.

This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.

You will play a key part in furthering your career within front-line management of a successful international organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving business goals and objectives
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and team engagement
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance Team Member skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have competent computer skills
  • Energetic, resourceful and committed with extended opening hours availability essential for some locations
