Your Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and set the pace for your team members.
- Take ownership of key stations such as grill, wrap, dress bench, floor, or till.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with confidence and efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- A proven track record in customer-facing or kitchen roles.
- Natural leadership skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for delivering great food, service, and experiences.
- Confidence in handling peak service times and problem-solving on the go.
