Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the fast-food industry or a similar role, with strong leadership and team management skills. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, as well as providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns or feedback.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will also be involved in monitoring and controlling operating costs, collaborating with management to achieve business goals, and keeping accurate records and generating reports related to restaurant performance.
