Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily field operations and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
About the RoleThis role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage experience in field supervisory or operational management, particularly in utility metering.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering quality results, meeting deadlines, and promoting a culture of Health, Safety & Environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all work meets contractual and company standards.
- Develop and implement effective plans to complete designated responsibilities on time.
- Drive HSE initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Document and report HSE incidents according to relevant protocols.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a field supervisory or operational management capacity.
- Prior experience in utility metering is highly desirable.
- Strong Contract, Customer, and Client management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
