Job Title: Field Operations Manager

Job Description:

As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of employees assigned to projects or their portion of the project.

Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, delegating individual responsibilities, recruiting and training employees, providing resources and staffing to meet project schedules, emphasizing safe use of tools and equipment, developing project budgets, and resolving conflicts or miscommunications.

This role operates in various outdoor locations, exposing team members to heat, cold, dust, and noise. Physical demands require regular talking or hearing, standing, walking, using hands to handle objects, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting products and supplies up to 50 pounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years trade experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
  • Valid Florida Driver's license required.
  • Experience in performing all duties required of the position is essential.
