Workshop Supervisor

Take the lead in driving workshop performance We're looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor based in Mackay QLD, to manage daily workshop duties, lead a skilled team, and keep production on track.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and support workshop staff
  • Plan and coordinate weekly production schedules
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Monitor job costs and support continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

  • Trade qualified with 5+ years' manufacturing experience.
  • Proven leadership and team mentoring skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Customer-focused, safety-conscious, and adaptable.
  • Current Driver's Licence; high-risk tickets and materials handling experience a plus.
