This is a Front of House role, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our residents have an outstanding food and dining experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff for efficient food delivery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in service areas
  • Assisting customers with menu details and dietary needs
  • Ensuring food hygiene and presentation standards
  • Completing smooth shift handovers
  • Sharing customer feedback with management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in food and beverage roles in a bar or restaurant setting. You should also be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
