About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Corporate Hospitality Support Specialist to join our exceptional hospitality team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and stock control in our internal kitchens and café.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, clean, and restock staff kitchenettes on our internal floors, ensuring regular checks throughout the day.
  • Oversee dishwashers and return items to the main kitchen and internal café.
  • Clear out kitchenette fridges on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the café, including cleaning crockery, equipment, coffee machines, fridges, and display cabinets, as well as wiping down surfaces.
  • Evaluate and maintain a high standard of hygiene and stock levels for internal kitchens and the café, ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess experience in a similar position within a hospitality environment or relevant transferrable skills. You will also need strong client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.

  • Food storage, handling, and stock control experience.

  • Hospitality certifications such as Food Safety Certificate or Certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) highly regarded.

Benefits

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Some flexibility may be required on occasion. Enjoy excellent benefits, including free gym membership and corporate discounts, as part of our comprehensive compensation package.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
