Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead our technical team in delivering exceptional Facilities Management services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to ensure timely delivery of planned preventative maintenance
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and industry standards
  • Maintain availability 24/7 to provide support and attend critical situations as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail maintenance or a related field
  • Trade qualification or similar preferred
  • Technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational and administrative skills
  • Current Driver's licence
