We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and support our team in delivering extraordinary experiences every day. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integrated management and maintenance of our infrastructure, ensuring life safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and innovation.

The role involves leading, coaching, and developing the Facilities team to deliver quality results on time and on budget. This includes achieving operational excellence through team and contractors, providing strategic input into the Strategic Asset Plan, and managing key partnerships with contractors and stakeholders.

As a member of our asset team, you'll also have Duty Management responsibilities from time to time, where you'll work a weekend shift (on a roster), balanced with a day off in lieu. If you're passionate about facilities management and leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.

Requirements:

Experience within Engineering, Trades, Building Services or Facilities Management is essential, as well as leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer services environments. Strong commercial acumen, demonstrated experience balancing financial needs with technical outcomes, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
