Lead Operations Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service performance, including budgeting and operational efficiency.
  • Champion strong leadership and team engagement strategies across multiple locations.
  • Monitor centre maintenance and liaise with regulatory bodies for compliance and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold compliance and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Early Childhood.
  • Compassionate leadership style with a proactive attitude.
  • Proven multi-site management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Previous experience in workforce planning and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of legislation across QLD, NSW, SA, and VIC.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma.
  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.
