Contract Specialist Role

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join its team. This role plays a crucial part in program success by providing contract and subcontract support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with full life cycle contract management for government and commercial contracts. A strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting, including ASDEFCON experience, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Executing contract management throughout the life of each contract.
  • Supporting preparation of proposals.
  • Assisting in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
  • Completing contract review and acceptance.
  • Overseeing and preparing contract proposal planning and management.
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an audit file for each contract and ensuring contract execution in accordance with government and company policies.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or a related field. Experience with government contracts, specifically Australian Government contracts, is essential.
