Job Role Overview:
An Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a Director, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage the Director's calendar
- Prepare meetings and presentations, including data collection and agenda creation
- Develop high-quality documentation and presentation slides
- Coordinate travel arrangements and administer expense claims
- Organize hospitality events and other internal and external functions
- Perform administrative duties, including purchasing and maintaining organizational charts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong technical computer skills
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment and Benefits:
