A Day in the Life:
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
  • Current industry RSA, RSG and Gaming Licence qualifications
