Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relieving support to our branches, with travel required to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Engage in in-depth conversations with every customer to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial wellbeing and identify opportunities for growth.
- Educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in financial services, retail, or hospitality. You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate financial terms clearly, and a genuine interest in building a career in retail banking.
