Job Role

The Technical Solutions Expert plays a vital role in driving business success and customer satisfaction. This individual will oversee the onboarding of new customers, accelerate organic growth, and combine product knowledge with expertise to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales opportunities in consultation with sales managers and key stakeholders, providing regular account updates.
  2. Deliver projects that maximize revenue, ensuring timely implementations and excellent attention to detail.
  3. Build customer relationships by developing and presenting high-impact solution designs, adhering to set protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams, managing project risk and scope changes, and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  5. Host workshops supporting Relationship Managers to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize customer solutions.
  6. Ensure seamless integration of solutions into customers' operational and financial workflows.
  7. Assist with educating customers on post-implementation reconciliation and general needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Articulate complex products simply to strategic customers.
  2. Possess pre and post-sales experience supporting the sales cycle for strategic customers, resulting in successful delivery of goals.
  3. Display a thorough understanding of Integrated IT solutions and ability to confidently articulate them to senior management.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  5. Have a proven record of accelerating the buying process using effective presentation and communication skills.
  6. Be agile and flexible, embracing change to meet evolving circumstances.
  7. Strong knowledge of local cultures and business principles is essential.
  8. Excellent client relationship skills are crucial for delivering high-quality solutions.
