Role Overview

This position plays a crucial role in designing and implementing customized solutions for clients. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive new professional services engagements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to the sales team by analyzing customer requirements and recommending the most effective use of Zendesk products and services.
  • Create detailed estimates and proposals for developing and implementing new client solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, building confidence in proposed solutions.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise across Zendesk Contact Center product suite, leading technical discussions and providing expert recommendations.
  • Partner with the Professional Services team to ensure seamless transition from sales cycle to project delivery.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical support or consulting roles.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience building, migrating, and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong technical background in cloud technologies, specifically Amazon Connect, SaaS applications, and enterprise-level solution architecture.
  • Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
  • Able to translate customer business objectives into comprehensive technical solutions and detailed project estimates.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, focusing on articulating value and building trust with prospective clients.
