The Role

We seek a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the Events team. You will be a natural leader with a passion for Food & Beverage and a knack for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and work alongside an ambitious team who craft extraordinary experiences for our guests. This role will oversee our conferences and events, ensuring they are nothing short of spectacular while boosting revenue, crafting memorable moments, and building strong relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.

About You

You will elevate our guests' experience by leading our amazing team of collaborators. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

Your Key Skills/attributes
  • Proven experience managing or supervising conference and event operations in a hotel setting.
  • A current QLD RSA Certificate.
  • Availability across a 7-day roster - AM and PM shifts.
  • A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • Natural leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superb time management and organisation skills - you are a master of prioritisation.
  • Success in delivering profit and controlling costs.
