Job Description

The Business Process Optimisation Manager will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the public sector.

This role sits within a dynamic, fast-paced team that embraces new ways of working. The Manager Process Optimisation will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive organisational improvements.

Location: Geelong (must work 3 days per week from the Geelong office). This is a 3-year fixed-term contract for professionals skilled in streamlining processes and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and implement a Process Optimisation capability with a value-stream, end‑to‑end perspective.
  • Build, implement and execute process frameworks to understand current state and drive optimisation.
  • Evaluate key processes and undertake end-to-end process re-engineering aligned with business priorities and strategy.
  • Prioritise key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
