Process Optimisation Leader
About the Role:This position is part of the Business Delivery Team, reporting directly to the Program Director of Service Design.
The Process Optimisation Manager will oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the public sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of a Process Optimisation capability with a value-stream perspective.
- Creating and executing process frameworks to understand current state and drive optimisation.
- Evaluating key processes and undertaking end-to-end process re-engineering aligned with business priorities.
- Prioritising key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- A proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives using project methodologies and business analysis approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
