Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to support our Marketing Team in creating product packaging, sales materials, web content, and promotions.

This role will involve assisting in the development of marketing campaigns for featured products and special events, creating digital assets for our online presence with an agency partner, coordinating events, merchandise, and trade show presentations, preparing and editing marketing literature (brochures, blogs, newsletters, mailouts), writing engaging posts with graphics to grow social media presence and website traffic, contributing to the annual marketing plan and budget, including advertising and sponsorship negotiations, and maintaining brand consistency and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns for featured products and special events
  2. Create digital assets for our online presence with an agency partner
  3. Coordinate events, merchandise, and trade show presentations
  4. Prepare and edit marketing literature (brochures, blogs, newsletters, mailouts)
  5. Write engaging posts with graphics to grow social media presence and website traffic
  6. Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget, including advertising and sponsorship negotiations
  7. Maintain brand consistency and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
The Ideal Candidate
  • Certification in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or equivalent experience
  • Previous work experience in a marketing team or agency environment
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with experience writing articles and producing newsletters
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience managing social media accounts and digital systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
