As a Brand Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in driving the company's brand awareness and building meaningful associations with customers and non-customers.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a robust brand strategy that improves overall awareness of the company and builds meaningful association of the brand identity with customers and non-customers.

  • Develop and implement above-the-line advertising campaigns, partnerships, activations, sponsorships, content, tactical communication strategies, and more.
  • Collaborate with a team of specialist marketers to ensure the brand strategy is pulling through to all facets of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver campaigns across above-the-line media, digital, and social media to build awareness of the company.
  • Develop strategic and commercial inputs into the annual marketing plan with Growth and Content Leads.
  • Identify key initiatives and tactics that improve meaningful associations of the company and create long-term preference in the category.
  • Ensure consistency (and distinctiveness) of the brand identity in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
  • Owning key brand health metrics and media-mix-modeling to ensure paid media is delivering on commercial outcomes.
  • Be the lead point of contact for external media agencies to brief and develop yearly media plans for brand campaigns.
  • Liaise with other teams across the business as needed for the running of the campaigns and projects.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, meaningful association, and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative acumen with a proven ability to develop innovative marketing concepts taking into consideration the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to align marketing strategies with business goals and long-term brand vision.
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
