We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Admin Assistant to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in-store.
- Coordinate repairs, returns, and credits with suppliers, maintaining a seamless process.
- Manage laybys and vendor orders efficiently, utilizing inventory control systems.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, adhering to company standards.
- Rollout price changes, compliance tasks, and safety audits, guaranteeing business continuity.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office, fostering strong relationships.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and provide detailed reports, addressing any issues promptly.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
- A proficient organizer and multitasker, juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Familiar with systems, stock reports, and spreadsheets, using data effectively to inform decisions.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, creating a loyal customer base.
- Physically capable (lifting up to 15kg, moving, climbing ladders), adapting to changing work environments.
- A clear communicator, thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detailed-obsessed but big-picture aware, balancing individual tasks with overall objectives.
