
Senior Retail Operations Manager

As a highly motivated and passionate retail store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, scheduling, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control measures. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Coordinate marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar role in the grocery or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
